Sometimes the best little is right here at home. ❤️

My husband and I typically skip when we’re staying at an all-inclusive resort. We’re lucky to have several great options here in , so we’d rather leave those limited reservation spots open for other guests to enjoy.

Last night, though, we celebrated a family member’s birthday at Genji Japanese Steakhouse and it was such a fun night! 🥢🔥

The food and drinks were good, the atmosphere was lively, and there’s just something about hibachi with a little fire and entertainment that makes a celebration even better.

Travel Lust Vacations is definitely a sucker for finding those little local escapes in between the big travels. ✈️ Sometimes you don’t have to go very far to feel like you got away for the evening!
