My husband and I were going to go to the cottage for a relaxing getaway, but we had an unexpected death in the family and have a funeral to attend - the time we blocked off has just opened up for end of January - a perfect time to throw the fireplace on and maybe be blessed watching snow fall on the lake! We just returned from the lake and it was WONDERFUL!!! We arrived to a winter wonderland ~ fireplace roaring and stunning views. We have dates available during the peaceful winter months. Don't let a little snow get in the way - it's actually one of my favorite times to come. I love drinking my hot cocoa next to the fire and the snow falling on the lake. It's fantastic.

What is one of my favorite things about our cottage in the cold is watching snow fall on the lake, clinging to the trees, the fire roaring and a cup of hot cocoa in my hand - we still have plenty of dates available in November & December. We close up for deep cleaning the first 2 weeks in January - our rates are much lower and we'd love to host you during the winter months for a winter get away. Check us out ~

YES! We are PET FRIENDLY!!! We LOVE our fur guests and treat them like the royalty they deserve. We allow up to 2 dogs. We have complimentary crates, dog dishes, tie outs, a plush doggie bed. "PEACE OF HAVEN" ~
Each cottage on the Finger Lakes has a unique name. How did we decide what ours was going to be?
I thank my beautiful daughter, Brittany for her creativity.
One of the things we loved about this cottage is the peacefulness of the area - we felt like we had our own little piece of "heaven".
So my daughter suggested "Peace of Haven" - the "Haven" is representation of "heaven" but it's part of our address. How unique indeed!!! I loved it right out of the gate!

Nancy’s home is beautiful! We had a lovely stay with our puppies and appreciated the dedicated puppy area, and being able to utilize the crates. The lake views are beautiful, and the gate on the deck is nice to contain the pups. The kitchen amenities are everything you can hope for in a home-away-from-home. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want it to end! The location is great, close to many local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. There was easy parking access and it was a very quiet and peaceful area.
