In honor of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival kicking off today, I’m highlighting the return of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series.

On most evenings throughout the 3 month festival, bands spanning the decades take the stage in the American Adventure Pavilion in Epcot. Weekdays showcase local talent, while weekends bring iconic bands to the stage. Best part? These shows are FREE!

🥂Happy National Girlfriends Day!!!

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of traveling with some of the greatest girlfriends a 42 year old could ask for. Let me tell you, there is nothing like it!

There are countless chats, laughs, meals and memories that get talked about for years to come. Whether it is a weekend cruise getaway, a beach trip or a magical Disney adventure, everything has been exponentially better with friends by my side.

And here we are, 70 years later! Today marks the 70th birthday of Disneyland, which opened on July 17, 1955 with Walt’s words above. He perfectly encapsulates the park's inclusive and joyful atmosphere he created.

Just checking in from beautiful Spain!
