We’ve run the Mountains2Metal Flip Down Attic Shelf on Clifford for a year of family trips, and it holds the stuff we want within reach that would otherwise be loose in the cabin: our MORRFlate air kit, camp gear and a first aid kit.

Most people will never drive this trail. 🔒

Casner Mountain is permit-only. Getting one isn’t easy, so very few rigs ever make it up there. Our friend Donovan with Millennium Overland scored a permit this year, and we brought the camera.

The full trip report covers the climb, the camp in the pines, and what it’s actually like up top. Subscribers also get our GPX route amd camp spots, so you’re ready if you ever land a permit.
