After spending 10+ years as a youth minister, Rod Bishop founded Summit Quest in 2003 to focus his passion for youth ministry in a different area – planning ski retreats for youth groups. Over time Summit

Quest expanded to include other youth outings such as mission trips, choir tours, school trips, scout adventures and sports team outings as well as family reunions and corporate retreats.

Starting May 7, 2025 forward, the REAL ID Act standards for identification while traveling will be in effect. This means a standard issued driver’s license used as a form of identification will no longer be accepted for domestic air travel within the United States.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is reminding Americans that only 12 months remain until the October 1, 2021 REAL ID enforcement goes into effect. DHS continues to urge Americans to obtain a REAL ID-compliant card or acceptable alternative well before this deadline.
