Taking a long walk this morning in Poipu, on my 1 year anniversary day since I had my hip replacement surgery… feeling super grateful for having a chance to be enjoy the things I love again, pain-free, like walking. It’s another beautiful, lucky we live Kauai day!

Headed back home to beautiful Kaua’i today with full hearts, empty pocketbooks (ha!) and memories to last a lifetime! In 5 wks, we went to Paris (twice), Aix-en-Provence (twice), once in a lifetime - Tour du Mont Blanc with Robin (walked 60+ miles in 6 days through France, Italy & Switzerland), Chamonix (for celebration after TMB), Croatia, Gata (adorable, tiny village in Spain) for JP & Marta’s amazing wedding celebration & then Madrid! Phew… we are feeling so lucky for the opportunities with friends & family and grateful to go home to Kauai… life is good ❤️

“This E-bike tour was one of our favorite experiences on Kauai! Lori and Eugen made us feel very comfortable as it was our first time on an E-bike and we were a bit hesitant about how to use one. As it turns out they are so easy to use! The information they provided along the tour was so interesting and engaging! The length of the tour was perfect! The highlight was seeing the sea turtles in the Poipu beach area. Lori told us where they emerge from the ocean at dusk and we came back to see them! Such a wonderful sight to see! We also liked riding through the neighborhoods and seeing all the beautiful houses. The sugar plantation history was so interesting too! Not to mention the cookie break at spouting horn! Spectacular phenomenon! Both of the guides are so knowledgeable about the island!”
