Lovingly refurbished and first opened in 2016, our properties have become very popular with new and returning guests. The houses are well equipped with all you could need for your comfort, truly a home from home. Our guests especially love the screened lanai and pool areas. Plenty of seating, loungers, or just spend time in the pool. Eating al fresco has never been so easy, a gas grill is provided at each property for your use too.

Today is the 64th birthday of our City, incorporated on April 27, 1961.

Here are some fun facts about Port St. Lucie.
➡️ Spruce Bluff Mound, a prehistoric mound most likely built by the Ais people that dates to 100-300 B.C., is located in the Southbend Lakes neighborhood.
➡️ "Moonraker," the 11th James Bond film, was filmed along the St. Lucie River.
➡️ Sportsman's Park is the oldest park in Port St. Lucie.
➡️ The first City Council meeting was held May 11, 1961.

Florida Vacation Home’s story

Our first home was purchased in 2015 and after being lovingly refurbished, opened in 2016. The property has become very popular with new and returning guests. In 2019 we added our second property to our portfolio, and are providing the same guest experience that has given us 5* ratings so far.

Each house is well equipped with all you could need for home from home, but it seems the jewels in our crown are the fabulous heated swimming pools. The pools and lanais are screened for your comfort. Casual dining seating and loungers entice you out onto the lanai to soak up some rays or spend time in the sparkling pools. Eating Al Fresco has never been so easy, a gas grill is provided for your use too and dining for 6 is available, either inside or outside.

Each house is in a great location, and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are close to many amenities, shops and restaurants and they are not far from the beach, which is a lovely drive down. We welcome well behaved pets by prior arrangement.
