We currently offer full management services for short term rental properties, interior design services focused on maximizing rental occupancy, consulting for future projects and specialized cleaning services for short term vacation rental properties. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mackenzie - I am the co-owner of Golden Ticket, designing and managing Airbnb properties. We are a boutique style management company maintaining a maximum of 30 properties from Salem, OR and up the I-5 corridor to Olympia, WA.

My business partner Chantel and myself have been in operation since 2016, between us we have over 15 years experience in the short term rental industry, and over 18 years of residential housecleaning experience.

We are currently looking for new clients to fill a few open spots in our portfolio. Perhaps that client is YOU!? If it is, we want to offer our services!

We are very hands on, detail oriented AND we are local. We have maintenance staff available if issues arise, but try our very best to resolve issues BEFORE guests check-in 😉
