Weekly scheduled tours in Downtown, the Pearl District, Central Eastside & a Streetcar Tour. Tours include visits to 4 local micro-roasters with coffee samples at each, brew method demonstrations, and comparative tastings.

I visited my college roommate in Copenhagen and we went specialty coffee shop hopping. These pics are from La Cabra, which I became familiar with thanks to sourcing it for their multi-roaster cafe a couple months ago. We did a comparative tasting of a natural and honey-processed coffee. And of course we couldn’t pass up the cardamom bun. 🇩🇰

Completely geeking out that I finally got to try the low-caf varietal ARAMOSA at The Barn in Berlin. It has approximately 1/3 the caffeine content of other Arabica varietals. Their beans were a naturally processed Brazilian and perfectly roasted. Ideal for a little afternoon pick-me-up! 🤩
