Happy Hawaii Tuesday!

If you're heading to Kauai anytime soon, a morning stop at Little Fish Coffee either in Poipu or Hanapepe is a must do.

I am still dreaming about the Acai bowl I had recently. Fresh fruit, crunchy granola, creamy texture makes this bowl quite possibly the best Acai bowl on the islands in my opinion.

If you do visit the Poipu location, be aware of the roosters as they do enjoy these bowls as much as we do and occasionally want to steal your breakfast!

When you are packing for a big adventure or a week-long cruise, what packing strategy are you actually using?

🛑TEAM CARRY ON ONLY: You are efficient, you use packing cubes like a boss, and you have exactly zero stress at the baggage claim.

🟩TEAM CHECK BAGS: You need outfit options for theme nights, excursions, dinners and "just in case." You are checking one (or maybe two) massive suitcases and you don't care.

For me, I try to be TEAM CARRY ON, but more often than not I end up as TEAM CHECK BAGS.

Where are my National Park fans?

Whenever my family and I travel, we try and visit as many National and State Parks as possible and Hawaii is no different!

Hawaii boasts 9 different National Park Services sites with 2 major National Parks including:

🌋Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park on the Island of Hawaii

🌄 Haleakala National Park on Maui

Some additional must see spots are:

🗿Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park on the Island of Hawaii

Sometimes the best vacay is only a few hours away from home.

Today a few friends and I visited the Newberry Volcanic National monument and Paulina Lake. Only a few hours from our homes but it was truly magical!
