We experienced Lake Bled firsthand, and seeing that little church sitting on its island is something you don’t forget. The lake, the mountains, the stillness, and the charm of the island make it feel almost like a fairytale. 🇸🇮

My husband and I had stopped to take in the view, but what I remember most isn’t just what we saw. It was how I felt standing there, looking out over Florence as the golden light settled across the city. That’s what I love about travel. Travel Tip: Slow Down in Italy 🍷🌅

Italy has so much to see, and that’s part of the magic. You don’t have to experience it all in one trip. Instead, give yourself permission to slow down. Take the long lunch. Wander the little streets. Stop for an espresso. Enjoy the view. Spend an afternoon without a plan. Appreciate the moments that happen in between the places you came to see.

And don’t worry about fitting everything into one vacation. Italy will still be there for the next trip, and the trip after that. In fact, having a reason to return is part of the fun. Take in the experience at your own pace, leave room for the unexpected, and let yourself truly enjoy where you are.

Happy Sunday! 🇮🇹

Here’s a little throwback to one of those Rome moments I will never forget.

There is something completely different about walking into the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel before the crowds arrive. I’ve been to Rome more than ten times, and every visit gives me something new, but having the doors open just for us made this experience especially unforgettable. Standing beneath those incredible ceilings in the quiet, before the day truly begins, is something you have to experience to understand. What can feel like a tourist checkbox becomes something much more meaningful when you have the time and space to truly take it all in.

This is the kind of access and experience I love creating for my clients. Rome is always worth it, but experiencing it like this? Absolutely unforgettable. -Tammy

Think whitewashed villages, ancient olive trees, incredible food and wine, and an Adriatic coastline that feels almost untouched.

It’s still a little under the radar for luxury travelers, and that is exactly what makes it so special. I love the slower pace here, the beautifully set tables, cooking with a local Nonna, getting out on the water, and discovering experiences you simply won’t find everywhere else. I love sending my clients here because they get to experience a side of Italy that feels authentic, personal, and completely unforgettable. One of my favorite places in Tuscany, and one that holds so many wonderful memories for me. I love sending my clients here because I know they’re going to experience something truly special.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with beautiful accommodations, incredible food, Michelin-starred dining, and authentic Tuscan experiences, it truly is a dream stay in Tuscany.

It’s definitely a stop on my dream trip to Italy, and I can’t wait to return with the VIP team this fall.
