This is the prototype for the new sign to be installed in front of the Stahanck House at 105 SW Beaver, here in downtown Prineville. Since welcoming our first guest on May 31, 2025, we have hosted 96 guests, plus 5 pets. Every bed has had at least one guest, including the rollaway beds.

The favorite place to stay is the LaFollette House, our restored Queen Ann cottage with a walled garden (no deer can eat these flowers). With the Noble House a close second. The reviews have been virtually Al 5 stars.

Our team, including the Grands, are enjoying taking care of our guests to fulfill our promise… “Not just a stay….but an experience!”

Hi my name is Clhoe, I am the Grand Chef of the Stahancyk House. I have taken culinary classes in school and my speciality is to make cookies for our guests. I would like to expand my cookie recipes and make it fun by including you all with a vote of your favorite cookie each month. If you could please comment your favorite cookie so we can tally at the end of the month and it will also help to give me ideas for what to make our guests. I will also be sure to make your favorite cookie for your visit with us at the Stahancyk House. 4th of July at the Stahancyk House. I had the please to watch the fireworks in the front yard with a perfect view between the lucky house next door and a tree that was beautiful to see the lights behind it. I spoke with a guest from our Noble house as well being able to sit out in the yard to have a clear beautiful view of the fireworks as well they stated they were very pleasantly surprised. Our Grand Gardener Reagan's hard work pays off with the fruits of her labor. Her first cherry tomato from her tomato plant planted at our La Follette Houe for our guests to enjoy. We hope our guests are as excited as she is. Come visit Stahancyk House and see this and many other little fun things we have as well as the experiences Prineville has to offer where it is not just a place to stay it is an experience. Went to my first Chamber member party for Stahancyk LLC and met some really nice people from our town of Prineville. Even got a picture with 2025 Rodeo Queen!! This operatortunity I have been given by Jody Stahancyk is exciting for me. I was born and raised in Maine. Moved here to Prineville with my husband who is from Oregon. It was scary but exciting to move across country with my family being in Maine. Jody took me into her Stahancyk family and made me part of her team.

We are Getting amped up for the Rodeo coming right around the corner. Stahancyk House is booking up fast so come on in to visit us. For not just a stay but for an experience!! Hope to see ya soon!! From your friendly Stahacyk House Innkeeper and the Stahancyk House team.

Bapo’s Last Stand is our name for the bedroom on the first floor of the Stahancyk House which has a handicapped bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower as a part of the suite.
Bapo,(Seth his grandson couldn’t say PaPa….) was disgusted when this first floor suite was included in the plans when the house was built in 1992.
In 2002 he was so delighted that he could use this suite to continue to live in the home he had built with such love.
Soon this room will be available to allow other people the ability to enjoy the Stahancyk House regardless of mobility issues!
