Just found this local butchers today as I was dropping off dry cleaning next door, fresh local sourced food, amazing selection available and very friendly and well informed team. Grabbed some of their Turkey burgers, Duck wings, Chicken and Beef mozzarella bombs!! Looking forward to tasting this selection.
We will be back.

Wilde About Ireland
A definite 10.
In Kilmore Quay.
After spending the morning finding ( hags stones) We ended up in Kilmore Quay today and while I was taking photos John found the Grounds restaurant. I joined him there . Entering the premises I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful music, the understated decor- casual chic and the warm welcome of the staff. Even though we got there half an hour before closing they assured us that it was absolutely no issues if we ordered appetizers and drinks.
We chose the fish tacos and crab claws. The chef Brian did not disappoint us. Definitely food prepared with love and finesse.
Then our waitress, Poppy suggested a wonderful w**e.
We met Susan who turned out to be part of the owner team. She also made us feel welcomed.
They also have a bakery and their bread is Devine. We bought one and Susan was kind enough to give us a portion of their chilies jam.. We can't wait to return. We wish Will the very best in his new venture as he is pursuing his career in music 🎵.
We can't say enough about this find.
