🍨 This Week’s Featured Bite: Bibo Gelato

Gelato and ice cream are basically the same thing, right?

Not quite.

Gelato has less air and is served a little warmer, giving it that dense, silky texture that makes every bite taste extra rich. At Bibo, it’s made from scratch onsite in small batches, with flavors rotating regularly.

Which means there’s really only one responsible thing to do: keep coming back until you’ve tried them all.
