🇬🇷 Kefalonia, Greece — One of Those Days You Just Want to Remember! ❤️

Some travel days just stay with you, and our day in Kefalonia was definitely one of them! It reminded me that travel isn’t just about the beautiful places we see, but also the wonderful experiences and little moments that make a trip so special.

We hired a private driver and guide, the wonderful Dinos, to explore beyond the port. He took us to some of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen and then to the charming fishing village of Assos.

There, we discovered a lovely seaside restaurant serving authentic Greek food, fresh seafood, and local ingredients. Sitting by the water, enjoying delicious food and soaking in the beauty of this little village, was such a special experience! 🐟🌊

Sometimes, it’s these simple moments and unexpected discoveries that become our favorite travel memories. ❤️🇬🇷

🇮🇹✨ Our Greek adventure began in beautiful Venice!

Before boarding Azamara, we arrived a day or two early to explore this magical city of canals, bridges, and hidden alleyways with a private guide I’ve come to love over the years.

One of the highlights was a private boat trip to Murano, where we visited a family-owned glass gallery for a private demonstration. We met two brothers carrying on their family’s glass-blowing tradition, following in the footsteps of their father and grandfather. Watching their incredible skill firsthand was such a special experience! ❤️

These are the moments that make travel unforgettable — discovering hidden gems, meeting local artisans, and experiencing a destination beyond the usual tourist stops.

And this was just the beginning! Next stop: the Greek islands aboard Azamara! 🚢🇬🇷

🇬🇷 Back from two incredible weeks in Greece!

I’ve just returned from a wonderful two-week Greece cruise with a group of 29, and I’m still taking it all in.

From the beautiful islands and breathtaking Aegean views to the special moments along the way, it was a trip filled with memories I’ll treasure for a long time.

As a travel advisor, it’s a privilege not only to plan these experiences, but to enjoy them alongside a group of travelers and see the memories being made.

I was a little quiet here while we were away, but now I’m excited to share some of the highlights with you — the places that took my breath away, a few things I learned, and the moments that made this journey so special.
