And that’s a wrap on another season at Maynard’s! 🥳

With our last guests checking out today, it’s hard to believe another season has already come and gone. We’ve enjoyed seeing familiar faces, meeting new guests, and sharing another year of memories here at Maynard’s. We truly appreciate everyone who chose to spend a little of their time with us!

A special thank-you to Randy & Wanda Coombs for another season of dedication and always being willing to lend a hand wherever needed. We couldn't have done it without you, and we truly appreciate your help!

While our guest season has come to an end, work continues on the remodel of our "Hill House" cabin, and we're excited to offer this newly renovated accommodation to guests in 2027!

Here's to another memorable season and to all that lies ahead! We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year!

"One of Maine's leading fishing, hunting and vacationing resorts."

A few days ago, we received a card from a former Maynard’s guest who stayed here 40 years ago. Enclosed was this unused black-and-white postcard from his trip.

Thank you, Andy, for taking the time to send this to us all the way from New York! We truly appreciate it!

We know Maynard’s holds a lot of memories for a lot of people, and we’d love to see yours! If you have an old photo, postcard, keepsake, or favorite memory from a past trip to Maynard’s, share it with us in the comments. We’d love to see what you’ve held onto over the years!

We had the honor of hosting the Lajoie Brothers company retreat this past weekend, and loved that they came equipped with their own American flag to fly during their stay — especially since our pole is in need of a little repair!
