The ability to juggle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting is crucial. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and requires a detail-oriented mindset to manage bookings and inquiries effectively
-Managing guest reservations and paperwork
-Handle incoming phone calls with prospective guests, property owners, and real estate clients.
-Communicate with guests and owners via text message, email, and phone
-Coordinate with team members to manage properties and guest needs
-Perform housekeeping quality checks with great attention to detail
-Manage guest payments and ensure accurate accounting
Establish a base knowledge of the area and properties in order to answer guest questions
-Light office cleaning and organizational duties.
