There’s a version of me who used to hold back more than I even noticed. Not in big, obvious ways, but in the quiet moments. Overthinking, second guessing, waiting until everything felt “just right” before I fully showed up.

And then there are moments now where I catch the shift. No calculating. No holding back. Just being in it, open, present, and honestly, a little more free.

That kind of change doesn’t happen overnight. It builds one small choice at a time. Trusting yourself. Speaking up. Taking up space without asking for permission.

And you start to feel it. Not just in the big decisions, but in how you move through your everyday life.

So I’m curious. Are you in that space too? Learning to trust yourself more and hold back a little less?

“Becoming yourself is less about adding more, and more about letting go of what isn’t you.”

There’s a quiet kind of clarity that comes when you stop trying to become something… and start returning to who you already are.

The world has a lot to say about how to be “just right”… and almost nothing to say about how to be you.

I got really good at editing myself. Hitting the marks. Keeping up. Making it all look neat and pulled together. But somewhere in there, I got quieter. Smaller. I didn’t even notice I was shrinking to fit into spaces I had already outgrown.

And then one day I decided… I’m done negotiating with myself.

I stopped chasing the “perfect” version and started coming home to the honest one. Turns out, my strength wasn’t hiding in doing more. It was waiting for me underneath all the extra noise I was carrying around.

The moment I gave myself permission to live at full volume… everything opened up.

So I’m curious…

Where are you finding your power today?

The Quiet Warrior
You’re doing all the things, but you can feel that little nudge… there’s more of you that wants to come out.

The Editor
You’re in the middle of letting go of what feels heavy so you can finally stand taller in your truth.

The Full-Volume Leader
You’ve stopped apologizing for who you are and you’re leading from a place that feels clean, clear, and completely you.

Or maybe… all of the above.
Because some mornings we’re soft and steady, and by afternoon we’re ready to change our whole life.

Honestly… all of the above for me right now. And heading out on a backpacking trip, which feels like the most “me” thing I could be doing today.

If you’re feeling that pull to stop editing your life and start seeing what’s actually possible when you trust yourself… I’d love to connect.

There’s a whole world waiting for you on the other side of not shrinking anymore.

I spent a lot of years making sure I hit every mark and kept up with the pace the world seemed to expect. I was moving fast, but somewhere along the way, I started to feel like a quieter version of myself.

I got so good at navigating the current that I forgot I was allowed to be the anchor.

Everything shifted when I stopped searching for a better map and started looking at the woman holding it.

I decided I was done shrinking to fit into spaces that were never designed for me in the first place. Done apologizing. Done editing. Done trying to be “just right.”

Instead, I started coming home to who I actually am.

And something interesting happened.

The moment I gave myself permission to take up my own space, the horizon didn’t just move… it opened wide.

I didn’t find my center by doing more. I found it by being more of me. Fully. Honestly. Without all the extra noise.

Now, that’s the work that lights me up. Helping other women widen their lens and see what’s actually possible when they trust themselves again.

Because the truth is, the moment your inner compass is no longer up for negotiation, everything changes.

We all have those seasons where the old way of living just doesn’t fit anymore. Not because anything is wrong, but because we’ve outgrown it.

And usually, it doesn’t start with some big, dramatic leap.

It starts quietly.

Saying no to what drains you, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Choosing a few minutes of stillness when your to-do list is practically yelling your name.

Letting yourself be seen instead of keeping your best ideas tucked away for “someday.”

Maybe it’s one of those. Maybe it’s all of them.

Growth is rarely neat and tidy. It’s layered. It’s a little messy. It’s letting go of what feels heavy so you can finally stand tall in your own truth.

I’d love to hear a piece of your story.

What’s one small way you’ve started trusting yourself lately?

There is a powerful clarity that comes when you finally stand above the noise.

For a long time, the "mental echo" of the world made it hard to see the path ahead. But standing in the heart of the canyon, I realized that the strength we seek isn't something we have to find. It’s something we have to reclaim.

I didn’t go to the desert to escape; I went to stand in my own power. To remember the version of myself that is unshakeable, expansive, and ready to lead.

"The best view comes after the hardest climb, but the best perspective comes when you finally stay still."

Sitting there, in the vast, unhurried space, I realized that my own expansion is what allows me to help others expand. When we stop trying to stay within the lines, we create a new map for everyone around us. We aren't just breathing the wild air; we are becoming the anchor in the middle of it.

It was a total system reset. A moment where taking up space became an act of reclamation. I returned from Sedona not just refreshed, but reinforced.

While the world is back to its usual pace, I am moving from a different place now. I brought that calm, high-ground strength home with me.

Because reclaiming your spark is about more than just your own light, it’s about having enough fire to help others find theirs, too.

“Be where your feet are.”

It sounds simple, but it’s not always easy.

So often, we’re already thinking about what’s next,
the next task, the next plan, the next thing to figure out.

But life is happening right here.

In this moment.
In this breath.
In the space you’re already in.

Come back to it, even just for a second.

Good weather, a solid trail, and a view that makes you stop and look around for a bit.

That’s pretty much all it takes for a really good day.

Nothing over the top, just being out here and enjoying it as it is.

Already thinking about where to go next. “Who’s always planning their next outdoor trip?”

"Taking up space is an act of reclamation."

They say we travel to see the world, but I think we travel to reclaim the parts of ourselves we lost in the noise. Whether it’s the towering arches or the red spires, the desert has a way of reminding you that you were never meant to play small.

Take up space. Breathe the wild air. Reclaim your spark.

In exactly 4 days, we gather in Sedona.

I have TWO chairs left in our sacred circle for April 8–12. I know your "to-do" list is screaming. But I also know there is a woman reading this who feels a "tug" in her chest, the one who knows she needs to hit the total refresh button on her spirit.

If you’ve been running on "low battery" for too long, this is your invitation to plug back into the earth and come home feeling lighter, clearer, and completely renewed.

Because we are so close to the start, I am gifting these FINAL TWO SPOTS at 50% OFF.

This is your "Spontaneous Yes." We have the breathwork ready. The red rock hikes are waiting. The sound baths are set. All we are missing is YOU.

DM me "READY" right now to claim one of these two half-price spots. Let’s get you to the desert for the ultimate refresh!

I love days like this. No strict plans, just going with whatever feels right.

Walk a little, stop when the view is good, stay a bit longer than expected, then keep going.

It’s simple, but it makes the whole experience better. No rush, just enjoying where you are.

Honestly, I think trips like this are the ones you remember the most.

“Who would pack a bag and leave this week if they could?”

I almost walked past this.
It did not look like much at first, just another rock formation along the trail.
But something about it made me pause.

So I got a little closer.
Then a little more curious.

And before I knew it, I was crouching down and peeking through this tiny opening.
On the other side, everything looked different.
Same place, same moment, just a completely different perspective.

It made me think about how many things we pass by every day without really looking twice.
Sometimes, all it takes is a pause and a bit of curiosity to see something new.

Have you ever discovered something unexpected just because you stopped and looked closer?
