It’s a 3/3 home with full kitchen and laundry, custom pool, and lots of privacy on a wooded acre lot. The villa faces west, so you’ll enjoy huge water views of Pillsbury Sound and magnificent sunsets each evening. The photo below was taken from our pool deck, and the sunsets are incredible!

The home has central AC throughout and a large generator for backup power if needed.
