Our latest Team adventure wasn’t just about bonding… it was an experience that dived deep into the heart of the Hawaiian culture… something that’s very important to our owner since her family roots are from Hawaii.

Our “Aloha in Action: A Cultural Experience on Land & Water,” was an immersive experience, that touched on the Outrigger Sport, the traditions of Hula and the true meaning behind the practice of the “Aloha Spirit.”

It was a memorable day for the students, as they got to experience a different type of team building AND learn all about the beautiful Polynesian culture.

Before your team walks into an important meeting or event, how do you help them get in the right mindset?

We’ve found that one of the best ways to get our team in that mindset is to take a few minutes before every team building program to laugh, connect and do some fun improv exercises together.😊

It might look a little silly from the outside but there's a purpose behind it.

Our mission is to help people relax, connect and have fun, so we believe that starts with us. If we want our guests to laugh and engage, then our team needs to be in that same mindset first.

This tradition began after our co-owner Marc Menkin, started taking improv classes. He experienced firsthand how improv builds trust and helps people become more supportive teammates. We thought, "Why not bring that same energy to our staff?"

Sometimes investing in your team isn't about adding another training session. Sometimes it's about giving people permission to laugh first. 😁👍

Everyone always posts the polished event photos. But here’s what success actually looks like weeks before Showtime.

In about two weeks, we’ll be executing a 200 person canine give back teambuilding event…. and all we can say is, thank goodness for our team!😀👍

While attendees will see a fun and engaging experience, what they won’t see are the hours of preparation that happened long before the first guest arrives. Every toy, tennis ball, snack and supply item has to be counted, organized, packed and checked so everything runs smoothly on event day.

We’re so grateful for our incredible team for always putting in the work behind the scenes. Can’t wait to see all the happy dogs when they receive their gift boxes! 😀🐶👍

We haven’t had much time to post because the past few months have been non-stop. But hey, at least we’re not bored! One thing that’s keeping us busy is our CSR programs like our Charity Bike Build. LOVE these activities as they’re fun, competitive, creative AND heartwarming. So happy to see these bikes & helmets go to military families. What a blessing!

Around here, we don’t mess around with game testing.

Before any game makes it into one of our programs, our team puts it through rigorous testing. And when we say rigorous, we mean, the kind that bounce off lamp posts, trees and basically anything that gets in our way.

Here’s a little behind the scenes look at our crew “practicing” our disc golf relay.

Btw, we’re also celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. Apparently, we still haven’t grown up. 😂😂😂

What a day! Just wrapped a fun Survivors game followed by our Canine Care Package activity, with the donations going to Guided Dogs of America. 90 super energetic competitors kept us on our toes. Good thing our staff ate a good breakfast. 😂
