What seperates me from the others!
I started HJ Dream Vacations with the idea of giving people what they wanted from a travel agent. I didn’t know prior to being in the business that booking directly with cruise lines was the wost thing you could do - I did it all the time. I also thought booking on-line was a great time saver with no downside - I was very mistaken!
I am a no fee agent that doesn’t charge “service fees”. Unlike cruise lines or on-line booking agents (not TRAVEL agents), I monitor your pricing from the day you book until final payment and beyond to lower your rate if one becomes available. Don’t hope the day you book is the luckiest day of your life and you happent to get the lowest price.
I also don’t create groups and move people into them so I can go for free. If you have a group then YOU get the free group amenities...not me!
Since we are owned by World Travel Holdings which is one of the largest travel agencies in the U.S. and is THE largest cruise travel agency in the U.S - we are at the top of every major cruise line award program. That means that I don’t need to push you into a cruise line that pays more commision to me as smaller agencies will do. I find the BEST cruise that matches your vision...period.
