Did you know there's a way to get from Europe to New York without getting on a plane? 🌊

After months in the Mediterranean, the British Isles, Norway and Iceland, I needed to get home — and the only ship that fit my schedule was Cunard's Queen Mary 2. Seven days, zero ports, and a sunrise arrival past the Statue of Liberty.

I fully expected old, stuffy and rickety. I was wrong. White-glove afternoon tea, the most stunning library I've ever seen, kennels for passengers' dogs… and a watercolor class that ended my art career on day two. 🎨

Did you know some mini-suite balconies offer significantly more space for free? On the Sky Princess, room A410 on deck 12 has an extended balcony with a much better view compared to adjacent rooms. Always check the ship layout for these hidden gems!

Is this it?

That question sat with me for a long time before I ever said it out loud. Not in a hopeless way — in a genuine, searching way. Is this actually the life I want, or the one I just got used to?

I've sailed the Star Princess over a dozen times... and I just found a deck I never knew existed. 😳 New video is up — taking you to Deck 19 and 20, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and one of the best photo spots on the whole ship. 🚢
