Lost history may be uncovered, sad tales of unrequited love and murder, and of spirits left behind. Let us walk together through this historic town, the oldest in West Virginia. Its' history includes early settlers, French/Indian War, Revolu

tionary War, Civil War, building of the C&O Canal, and life along the Potomac River. Bring your walking shoes and flashlight if you have one, prepare to walk 90 minutes and about 10 blocks over various terrains, including stone, bricks, broken sidewalk, etc. All weather, except very extreme (thunderstorms, snow storms,metc).
