🥬🍝🍞 House-baked bread, handmade pasta, and local ingredients. Gander and Ryegrass brings contemporary Italian fine dining to the heart of downtown, in the iconic Liberty Building. 🍞🍝🥬

They’re best known for intimate fine-dining dinners featuring their six-course tasting menu, also known as “The Marathon”. But they also serve up delicious sandwiches for lunch with their sandwich shop, Saltbox Sandwich Co, with daily specials they post on their page( ).  No matter if it’s à la carte or a fixed-course menu, the menu changes seasonally, so a dining experience here is never stale!

Sounds too good to be true? We checked in with the staff to find out why they love Gander and Ryegrass!
