LIMIT 8 - This 3-bedroom 1.5 bath with family room in the daylight basement. The open concept first floor has great views of the water. The main floor has a bedroom with a king bed. The full bath is located on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. One with a Queen and Twin. The other has a Twin over Full bunk bed. The family room has a large couch and TV. Walk directly out of the bottom level onto the large yard and then into the water.

OCCUPANCY- LIMIT 8 - 3-bedroom 2 bathroom with a large sandy beach. One bedroom on the main floor with a Queen and twin bed. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One bedroom with a full bed. The other bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and 2 twins. There is a full bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floor. The very large lot with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the views of the lake. The large sandy beach is one of the biggest we have in our inventory.

12 properties on a large resort. Guests will have access to the natural pond and the Nest cafe. Both are located directly in front of the one bedroom cabins. Just a short walk from the Estate House, Couples Cottage, and two bedroom cabins. Nest will be staffed to serve food and drinks for purchase. Burgers, Salads, and Sandwiches. Also, cold beer on tap along with a full bar. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake at Nason's Beach which is a very short drive away. 3 night minimum in May/June. 4 night minimum for July/August.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT 17 Take a step back in time at this turn of the century lakeside cottage. Loads of charm from the fieldstone fireplace in the living room to the big wraparound porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of room for the whole family and then some - with 6 bedrooms plus a bunk house with 4 twin beds and a half bath. Wonderful, private lot with big lawn on lake side. Nice L shaped dock plus a mooring. Sandy bottom swimming. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE

Built in the mid-1800's as a hunting inn, the house has a great history and perfect location. With amazing sun rises, a stone's throw to the beach. Sleeps 13 comfortably with 4 bedrooms and has 3.5 baths. A private backyard that is perfect for cookouts and gathering plus the beautiful, shared sandy beach. 5 kayaks available.

5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms on Brandy Pond offers private lake frontage with a sandy-bottomed swimming area. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor from the living room there are 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. In the lower floor there a large bedroom with a bathroom. Finally, there is a large loft /game room on another 2nd level. This area is accessed from a staircase at the main entry of the house. Two paddle boards and kayaks are also available.

2 Bedroom 1 Bath With 80' of direct waterfrontage on the Crooked River and boatable to Sebago. Open concept living room. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 3 twin bunkbeds. The large bathroom has a washer and dryer. Approximately 40 minutes away from Portland, Maine. The nice size lot allows for plenty of space for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit with views of the river and watch the boats go by, or take the provided 2-person canoe down the river.

2-bedroom 1 bath remodeled cottage with a bunkroom. It's just a short walk to an association beach. The cottage is very nicely updated. A great option for guests who want the comforts of home but still can walk to the beach. 2 AC units will keep the house nice and cool. Also, a backup generator in case the power goes out. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards will be available for guest. A mooring and a dock for loading and unloading at the association beach.

7 bedroom 6 bath year-round home on Long Lake. In a protected cove with large dock. The water is deep enough for a boat, great for fishing off the dock, but not ideal for swimming. There is an association beach a short walk or drive away. The upstairs of the house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st floor has one bedroom with additional sleeping in the loft along with a bathroom. The 1st floor also has large kitchen with a professional grade kitchen.

A 3-bedroom 2.5 bath house with stunning views. This property has unbeatable mountain, lake, and pond views! Enjoy sunrise views over Sebago Lake. The large lot offers plenty of room for kids to enjoy. The automatic generator and Tesla charger are great pluses. The main floor has one bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor also has one bedroom and a bathroom. The basement has an additional sitting area with a pull-out sofa, along with a bunkroom, half bath, and laundry.

Nice, comfortable lakeside cottage on Sebago Lake. Gorgeous, panoramic view of the lake. Two on the first floor and two upstairs. Full bath with an upgraded tub/shower enclosure with sliding privacy glass door. The lakeside of the property has a nice lawn to the shore and a great dock with a sitting area providing the perfect spot to take in the lovely view. New woodshed/trash barrel storage area, new fence, new windows, and new dock!
