🎭✨ 𝗔 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗-𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 is coming to Disney’s BoardWalk — and this one changes after dark!

Hurly-Burly opens October 1 at Walt Disney World, bringing food, drinks, games AND live entertainment to the BoardWalk. 🎶🍸

During the afternoon, families are welcome to stop in for games, trivia, and other activities.

But beginning at 9:00 PM, things change. 👀

Hurly-Burly becomes 21+, with live musical acts taking the stage and the space transforming into an adults-only lounge.

And can we talk about this menu?! 🤤

🍅 Tomato Pie
🥩 Roast Beef Sliders
🧀 Meatballs in Tomato Gravy
🥓 Mini Pretzels with Bacon-Cheese Fondue
🍤 Oven-Roasted Shrimp
🍎 Mini Apple C***r Doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce

There will also be specialty cocktails, b**r and w**e, along with non-alcoholic options like the Overture in Orange and Caramel Corn Cold Brew. 🍊☕️

But here’s one of my favorite planning details:

✨ 𝗡𝗢 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗.

Hurly-Burly will be walk-up only, which makes it an easy option to work into an EPCOT evening, a stay at one of the BoardWalk-area resorts, or simply a night when you want to see where the evening takes you.

I really like the concept of this one — especially because Disney is essentially creating two different experiences in the same space.

Family-friendly fun during the day.
Live music and cocktails after dark. 🎶🥂

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — 2026 🎃🏰

Just two gals meeting up on Main Street, U.S.A. Not a bad way to spend an evening. 🖤

Even after doing MNSSHP for as many years as I have, I still get excited about nights like this. That’s probably one of the reasons I love helping my Disney families plan them so much. 🎃

When it rains at a park, I don’t immediately head back to the resort. ☔️

Florida weather changes so quickly that sometimes the best thing you can do is just adjust for a little while… initially it may be hard to get everyone in your group on board, but there are things to do!

Head inside for an attraction. Grab something to eat. Walk through the shops. Find somewhere covered and give it some time.

And definitely keep an eye on the wait times because once the rain starts, a lot of people decide they’re done for the day.

Obviously, if there’s lightning or severe weather like I’m stuck in right now, that’s different. But regular Florida rain? I’m usually staying put for a bit before I give up on the park.

Trust me, there is nothing more annoying than getting all the way back to your resort and seeing the sun come out 20 minutes later. 😂
