This morning we went to the Holocaust museum. Highly recommended. It takes 2-2.5 hours. Now we are on board Amawaterways AmaLea. Due to water levels on the Rhine and Danube, our Best of Holland and Belgium cruise has changed. We will now cruise to Antwerp, then take a bus to Strasbourg via Luxembourg, then board the AmaViola (sister ship, same stateroom) and continue sailing to Breisach, Germany, and finally Basel, Switzerland. We had the option to cancel or rebook, but I decided to stick with it. It will be amazing either way! This ship is beautiful! We are in a twin balcony stateroom on the Cello deck.

Today was all about exploring Amsterdam. I set up an Ann Frank walking tour followed by a canal cruise and ended with the Ann Frank museum. Tickets for the museum must be purchased 6 weeks prior and they sell out quick!! All tours were 5* Another must is Dutch pancakes!

Amsterdam, We landed at 7:35am and was at the hotel before 9:30. Super easy! Our room was ready by 10:15, we paid 35 euros to enter it before 3:00, worth it for the shower! Bruno at concierge is very helpful and so nice! Great room and the BEST location, right in city center. 30 min. from the airport, train or Uber.
