Hookers Fly Shop and Guide Service Fly Shop and Guide Service serving Western North Carolina. Wade and Float Trips. We offer both wade and float trips for smallmouth bass and trout.

We offer a full service fly shop and guide service serving most of Western North Carolina. Our destinations include: The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherokee Tribal Waters including the Trophy Section, Nantahala, Tuckasegee, Little Tennessee, Western North Carolina Fly Fishing Trail, East and West Fork for the Pigeon, Panthertown Valley. We have been in the business for over seven seasons and our guides have grown up fishing this area.

Some shots from guiding this summer. Thank you to all of our new and repeat clients that made our summer successful. We are looking forward to this fall and winter as well. With the state not stocking our delayed harvest waters for October we are still very optimistic about what the fall and winter has in store. Come explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the over 30 miles of stocked streams in Cherokee, NC. We will still be offering smallmouth floats through November as well. Come fish with us. With weekly stockings and cooler water temps straight out of the Smokies you won’t find better water anywhere. Come fish these waters with us.
