Meet the faces behind Cozy Rental Getaways! 👋🌴

We’re Steven and Michelle Gough, and hospitality has been our passion for over a decade.

Before we started hosting here, we spent 10 incredible years living in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, owning and operating a tour company. Connecting with travelers from all over the world taught us exactly what it takes to create a truly memorable and welcoming experience.

Now, we’ve brought that same warmth, dedication, and love for travel into our rental properties, with the simple goal of creating spaces that truly feel like home. 🏡✨

We can’t wait to connect with you and host your next getaway. Pura Vida! 🌺✈️

Behind every cozy stay at Rainier Vista is a lot of heart, local care, and hands-on hospitality from Michelle & Steven.

Whether you’ve packed your bags for a weekend escape here, booked an extended stay, or worked with Michelle & Steven directly, we would be so grateful if you took a moment to share your review on Google:

Rental turnovers at Cozy Rental Getaways 🍂🧤 When Michelle says it’s time to get the place guest-ready, you better believe there’s a LIST. 😂 Every nook, every cranny, every last detail… and Mitt-Chelle is ready for duty! 🫡✨ No turnover is complete until Michelle says so. 😅🏡

Owning a vacation rental should feel like an investment, not a second full-time job. ☕✨
From guest communication to turnovers and the little details that make a stay special, we help take the stress out of hosting.
You enjoy the investment. We’ll handle the details. 🤎

A little magic has arrived at Rainier Vista ✨🏔️🎈

We brought in the incredibly talented Melly Crue to paint our game room with Sasquatch and hot air balloons, and she absolutely nailed it! 🎨 Her artwork captures the spirit of Rainier Vista so perfectly, a little adventure, a little whimsy, and a whole lot of PNW charm. 🌲

We can’t wait for guests to experience this special space! 🏡

If you’re new around here, consider this your official introduction to Michelle... and her co-host, Mitt-chelle! 🫧🧼

Some people call it turnover day; Michelle calls it a full-body workout. Long before check-in time, this dynamic duo is wiping down baseboards, polishing fixtures, and making sure every single surface is genuinely spotless.

Michelle’s standard is simple: if she wouldn’t personally walk barefoot across it or sleep on it, it’s not ready for our guests. We obsess over the tiny details so you can walk through the door, drop your bags, and fully unwind.
