As Tacoma celebrates 25 years of Art on the Ave, don’t miss a space that honors the original artists of this land.

✨ Native Art on the Ave, presented by the La Paloma Project, is a curated Indigenous artist market rooted in sovereignty, cultural excellence, and safety for Native makers.
Join us on Sunday, July 20 from 11am–7pm at 3001 6th Ave, where Indigenous creatives from across the region will gather to share, sell, and celebrate their work.

With deep Native roots embedded in the Pacific Northwest, this market is more than an event—it’s a living expression of tradition, resistance, and community.

Come walk the Ave, but don’t leave without experiencing this powerful space of connection and culture.

What began as one man’s vision continues to evolve.

Ex Nihilo Sculpture Park in Ashford was founded by Dan Klennert, a self-taught sculptor who transformed scrap metal into seahorses, cowboys, locomotives, and more. Dan has since retired, but the park remains open and active. A new resident artist is adding to the collection, keeping the creative energy alive.

Open to the public. Admission is donation-based.

Our Story

We create honest experiences. We construct cities with color—murals, sculptures and glass art.

We get down to earth with mountains, lakes, land and sea.

We embrace the unknown and leap headfirst, fearlessly. We test new flavors, relish rhubarb, harness hops and make a splash with spirits.
