Our brewery partner, Tampa Bay Brewing Company, has been a cornerstone of Tampa's craft beer scene since 1995, originally founded as a small family-owned brewpub in the historic El Pasaje building in Ybor City. This iconic building, constructed in 1896, has a rich history as one of Ybor’s oldest structures, once housing the prestigious Cherokee Club. Over the years, TBBC has grown to become one of the pioneers in Florida’s craft beer movement, known for their bold flavors and innovative brews.
