Hey everyone, Kyle here! Did you know that Cuba is home to the world’s smallest bird? 🌟

🌺 Fun Fact: The Bee Hummingbird, known locally as "Zunzuncito," is the tiniest bird on the planet! Measuring just 2 inches long and weighing less than a dime, this little marvel is a true testament to Cuba's unique biodiversity. 🐦✨

These miniature birds flutter their wings up to 80 times per second, creating a magical humming sound as they zip around the vibrant Cuban flora. Seeing one in action is like watching a tiny jewel come to life!

Hey everyone, Kyle here! I’m about to take you on an incredible coffee journey in Boquete, in highlands of western Panama just an hour flight from Panama City with Exeter's exclusive tour. 🚀

First up, we’ll visit one of the top working coffee plantations. You’ll get to see the entire process from bean to cup and even roast your own cup of Geisha Coffee! 🌱☕

This tour is kept small and private, ensuring an in-depth, hands-on experience. As we walk through the fields, you’ll learn all about growing and processing coffee plants. Then, we’ll head to the roasting house to sample different roasts and find your perfect brew. A unique coffee tasting session will cap off the tour.

Lets learn about one of the country's most iconic animals – the Harpy Eagle. Known for its majestic presence and impressive wingspan, the Harpy Eagle is a symbol of Panama’s rich biodiversity and natural beauty.

These magnificent birds play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of their ecosystem, preying on various mammals and ensuring the health of the rainforest. Despite their vital importance, Harpy Eagles are threatened by habitat loss and deforestation, making conservation efforts all the more critical.

Join me in appreciating and protecting this extraordinary creature. When you visit Panama, keep an eye out for these incredible eagles and experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Panama’s wildlife.

Today, I’m taking you on an incredible tour of the iconic Panama Canal, one of the most impressive engineering marvels in the world! 🚢

This artificial waterway connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean, cutting across the Isthmus of Panama. It's fascinating to learn that locks at each end lift ships up to Gatun Lake, an artificial lake 86 feet above sea level. This genius design reduces excavation work and allows ships to pass through with ease.

Did you know that an average of 52 million gallons of fresh water is used for a single ship's passage? 🌊 And, the canal plays a crucial role in global maritime trade, saving ships from the lengthy and dangerous route around South America's southern tip.

I guess we all Learned something new today!
It's truly a sight to behold and a testament to human ingenuity. Don't miss this bucket-list experience!

Kyle here! Follow me as I explore the historic and luxurious Hotel La Compañía in Panama! 🏨

Located on the site where La Compañía de Jesús settled after the original Panama City was destroyed in 1671, this hotel is steeped in history. The Jesuit Convent was constructed after the new Panama City was founded in 1673, right in the heart of Casco Antiguo.

Even knowing what to expect, I was still blown away by the Congo cultural influences reflected through the decorative elements and art at El Otro Lado Private Retreat on Panama's Portobelo Bay. The decor here is a celebration of Congo art, inspired by the culture preserved by artisans descended from a community of escaped, formerly enslaved people. 🌿

One of the highlights of my visit was an exclusive workshop with a local artist at the nearby Portobelo Bay Foundation, supported by El Otro Lado. Letting my imagination flow in this artistic space, with the help of a master, was incredible. I even created my own piece to take home as a beautiful reminder of this special place. 🎨🏞️
