Alessi Italian Orange Olive Oil Cake:
✔️ Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
✔️ Whisk together sugar, eggs, and olive oil until light and fluffy.
✔️ Add vanilla extract and orange juice. Mix well.
✔️ Stir in salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
✔️ Add whole milk and whisk until smooth. Do not overmix. Pour batter into prepared pan.
✔️ Bake for 40–50 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool before glazing or dusting with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
��11/2 cups granulated sugar
��3 eggs
��1 cup Alessi extra virgin olive oil
��2 tsp vanilla extract
��1/2 cup organic orange juice
��1 tsp Alessi sea salt
��1/2 tsp baking soda
��1/2 tsp baking powder
��2 cups all-purpose flour
��1 cup whole milk
