Sometimes the road fights you… but the freedom is still worth it.

While walking the dogs this evening, we noticed a twisted piece of metal hanging from the underside of our North Point. For a moment, our hearts sank. Did something break off our home?

After a quick inspection, it appears to be road debris that was kicked up and somehow lodged itself into the skirting without causing any visible damage.

Life on the road isn’t always smooth. Tires, weather, traffic, construction zones, and the occasional flying piece of metal all come with the territory.

But we still wouldn’t trade this lifestyle for anything.

Tonight we’re feeling grateful. This could have been much worse, but instead it became another story from the road.
