The Cotahuasi Rafting Expedition is 50 miles of the most continuous, classic, technical whitewater on Earth. Kicker Rock, one of the most iconic rock formations in the Galapagos Islands, is named because it resembles a boot when viewed from the northern vantage point. It is also known as (Sleeping Lion) due to its resemblance to a sleeping lion.

The formation, standing around 486', is the result of a volcanic eruption where magma mixed with seawater, creating a palagonite cone. Over time, wind and waves have shaped it into the distinctive structure we see today.
