Capstone Men and Women The Official Ambassadors of The University of Alabama

As the official student ambassador program, Capstone Men and Women work to always positively promote The University of Alabama. The organization works closely with the Undergraduate Admissions office by giving daily campus tours, speaking at student recruitment receptions across the nation, and daily contact with students to follow up on their campus visits. The group also assists the University P

resident's Office, the Board of Trustees, and other administration through numerous events throughout the year whenever requested. The members represent some of the most elite students at UA through outstanding academic, personal, and professional success.

Congratulations to our graduating Capstone Men and Women! Our senior class gave a total of 3,498 tours of our campus and contributed 11,448 hours of service to The University of Alabama. Every spring, Capstone Men and Women host a Parents’ Dinner to welcome our families to campus and give them a glimpse into what it truly means to be a Capstone Man or Woman. This year was especially meaningful as we welcomed Dr. Mohler and celebrated the 50th class of Capstone Men and Women. From reliving Make-It Night through a memorable video to thanking the special people who support us, it was a night of recognizing those who make Capstone Men and Women what it is today.

Finally, thank you to our seniors for their years of dedication and the lasting impact you have made on Capstone Men and Women. Congratulations to Bennett Katz on receiving the Sam Tortorici Most Outstanding Senior Award and to Worth Hewitt for receiving the Advisors’ Award!

Honors Day at The University of Alabama is always so special. Each year, we have the privilege of presenting the Amanda Grace Taylor Watson Distinctive Image Award, which honors an individual who truly reflects the heart of this university through their character, kindness, and dedication to others, in loving memory of Amanda Grace Taylor Watson. Congratulations to this year’s recipient, Mr. Greg Byrne!

We are also incredibly proud of our Capstone Men and Women who were inducted into honor societies this past week!
