Through Cathy's training with Virtuoso®, she has learned to collaborate with clients to make their travel experiences enjoyable and stress free. Some of the questions Cathy asks clients: What do you want to say about your vacation when it's over? What would be a "wow" factor for you? For one client, it may be as simple as relaxing and watching at an outdoor café with an espresso and croissant, while another client may want to experience Macchu Pichu or a Lion's Roar on an African Safari. Cathy and her travel clients work together to create magnificent itineraries - making changes in the planning stages to fine tune travel to clients' desires and needs.

Cathy Kroll, Ventura Travel Advisor, was born and raised in a family of 17 children in Granada Hills, California. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor's in Business degree and later received a second Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University. She attained her CPA certification and practiced in Ventura County. She is married to Phil Kroll, DDS, MAGD, and has 3 awesome adult children.
