💗 Dolly Parton 💗

We just stopped at Dolly Parton’s new truck stop in Tennessee!🤠

I’ve never been a huge country music fan, but I’ve always had a deep appreciation for Dolly. There’s just something about her that’s impossible not to love. Her incredible story, her generosity, her sense of humor, and especially her love of reading and getting books into the hands of children have always stood out to me. 📚❤️

My travel food bucket list was a success. 🎉Apparently Mississippi Mud Pie and Alabama Lane Cake were hard to find, so I had to deviate. 😋 🍱 🥘

Favorite 🤩: Crawfish Etouffee
Least Favorite 😡: Muffuletta

🌄✨ Rock City Gardens! ✨🌄

On our way back home, we stopped in Chattanooga for the night and decided to make the short trip up Lookout Mountain to Rock City Gardens — right on the Georgia/Tennessee border. And I’m so glad we did! ❤️

One of the coolest parts was Lover’s Leap, where you can look out over the mountains and, on a clear day, see seven states! 😍🇺🇸

And it wasn’t just the views! We also had fun spotting all the gnomes tucked throughout the gardens and exploring the Fairyland Caverns, which felt like stepping into a little fairytale world. 🧚‍♀️✨🍄

Jess thought they were creepy 😂

Vacation Debate 😂

My husband, Jess and I, are having a VERY serious vacation debate… 😂✈️

He says people go on vacation to RELAX, sleep in, and take naps. 😴🌴

I say… we traveled all this way, so LET’S GO DO ALL THE THINGS! 😂🏃‍♀️🌎

He says I’m “too much” and “hard to keep up with.” 🙄😂

And I told him, “You take too many naps on vacation!” 🤣🤣

So settle this argument for us! 👇

🇲🇽 Cozumel was such an amazing day! 🇲🇽

We started our day exploring the Mayan Ruins from 1200 AD, and then we had chicken tacos on a traditional Mayan tortilla 🌮. Then came the chocolate and tequila tasting! 🍫🥃

The coolest part was watching this amazing woman make chocolate the old-fashioned Mayan way, right in front of us—just like the Mayans did centuries ago. Such a fun and unique experience!

Then it was time to hit the water for some snorkeling 🤿🐠. We saw yellow stingrays and so many adorable little Dory fish (blue tangs)! 💙🐟

Cozumel definitely gave us a day full of culture, food, adventure, and beautiful memories! ❤️🌴

Counting down the days until I get back!!!

George Town, Grand Cayman was such a fun stop! 🌴🇰🇾 We smoked a Cuban cigar (something you can’t legally do in the USA), did a little shopping, enjoyed a cold local beer, and visited the gallery of Guy Harvey. 🐠🎨 A perfect day soaking up the island vibes! 🍺🌊

🌴🇯🇲 Jamaica, you exceeded our expectations🇯🇲🌴

What an incredible day exploring the beauty and culture of Jamaica! We had the most amazing time bamboo rafting with the best rafting guide, Jimmy, who made the experience so much fun and memorable. 🛶🎋

Each rafting guy makes his own bamboo raft which lasts about 6–7 months, and then it has to be completely rebuilt.

And we can’t forget our amazing driver, Mackie, who took such great care of us and made the whole day even better. 🚗🇯🇲

After rafting, we headed over to Scotchies for some truly authentic Jamaican food—and WOW! 🇯🇲🍗🥥🌶️ Everything was delicious and exactly what we hoped for.

A perfect Jamaican day filled with beautiful scenery, wonderful people, adventure, and incredible food. Ya mon! 🇯🇲

PS: we saw Usain Bolt’s high school
