All done racing, and back home now. I also had my first night sleeping on Lotta the night before she came off the water. Not the same as sleeping on a 41ft boat. Sleeping is just fine, moving around is a different story. Some repairs at home then back to Leech Lake to finish the season.
Time to focus on charters and making people smile now though.

We ended up fifth out of seven in our division for the week. We had some very experienced competition.

Little LOTTA is going to Race Week in Bayfield for a week of racing. Five days of racing leading up to the Fourth of July. We are going to have some real fun. Bayfield will be a busy place for a couple of weeks.

All I need is grass to grow, sunshine and more charters. I have a new dock this year. And actually I am starting the season with more charters than I normally do because of the special I was running at $50 off on any charter. My first charter is this Sunday. I was supposed to have one last Saturday, but they rescheduled. It wouldn’t have been the most pleasant of days, but August, which is what they switched to will be much more pleasant. Get a charter booked at my website and come for a ride with me.
