Day 7 at EPCOT was packed with magic, surprise character meets, and unforgettable moments! 🌐✨
We started early with Rope Drop and headed straight to Test Track before relaxing in The Land Pavilion for Soarin’ and Living with the Land. After exploring The Seas with Nemo and Turtle Talk with Crush, we walked over to the World Showcase.
Highlights from our day:
• Meeting Winnie the Pooh and riding Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure 🧀
• Listening to the Voices of Liberty (I may or may not have shed a tear—it was so beautiful! 🥹)
• Lunch at Regal Eagle, followed by a surprise character pop-up right outside! Donald Duck was so excited to see Michael holding his Donald plushie! 🦆
• Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind via Single Pass LL—and we got Conga! 🎧⚡
After an ice cream and resort break, we returned for the Disney Visa exclusive meet and greet with Mickey and Goofy, explored the pin trading tables with Emma, rode Frozen Ever After, and grabbed Chinese food for dinner before watching the fireworks.
We ended our night taking advantage of Deluxe Extended Evening Hours. Guardians ended up shutting down during our second queue, but Disney provided LL passes for another day—and it still turned out to be an incredible EPCOT day! 💙

Day 6 at Hollywood Studios was full of twists, turns, and pure Disney magic!

From an early morning rope drop pivot to scoring VIP seating for Fantasmic!, we crammed so much fun into one day. The kids were super brave tackling Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and watching them bring their mini plushies to meet Chip & Dale was easily a core memory moment.

Day 5 of our Walt Disney World vacation brought us to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
We started the day at rope drop and headed straight to Expedition Everest—our family’s favorite ride! Since we skipped Lightning Lanes for Animal Kingdom, riding Everest twice in a row was definitely part of the plan.
From there, we experienced an incredible morning Kilimanjaro Safaris ride (including a very memorable rhino traffic jam), enjoyed our first breakfast at Tusker House, and had the cutest encounter with Donald Duck!
We also took the Wildlife Express Train to Conservation Station to visit Bluey and Bingo, tried the viral brownie cookie dough ice cream sandwich, cooled off at Finding Nemo: The Big Blue... and Beyond!, and the kids officially became Senior Wilderness Explorers!
We ended the day back at the resort with poolside dinner and a night swim.
✨ Travel Tip: Don’t underestimate Animal Kingdom! Many families think it’s a half-day park, but with attractions, animals, shows, characters, Wilderness Explorers, and incredible dining, there is SO much to experience.

Planning a non-park day at Walt Disney World? Save this for your next trip itinerary!

Here is a fun, relaxed resort-hopping itinerary that doesn’t require a theme park ticket:

Morning: Start with pool time at your resort, followed by lunch at Wilderness Lodge.
Midday: Take the bus to Hollywood Studios and board the Skyliner. Kids can ask Skyliner Cast Members for free collectible transportation cards!
Afternoon: Take the Skyliner to EPCOT International Gateway and walk over to the Disney Boardwalk. Grab the viral cheese pull mozzarella stick at Blue Ribbon Corn Dog and a cocktail at Joe’s Margaritas.
Resort Hop: Tour the Boardwalk Inn, Yacht Club, and Beach Club. Stop by Beaches & Cream walk-up window for ice cream! 🍨
Evening: Take a bus from Yacht Club to Disney Springs. Check out the new Disney Drop Shop (they have dedicated photo backdrops outside to snap pictures of your prizes!) and grab dinner at Summer House on the Lake.

Magic Kingdom Day!

Heading to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to see Bluey and Bingo? 🐶✨ Don’t miss these quick tips before you go!

🚂 You MUST ride the Wildlife Express Train from Africa to reach them at Rafiki’s Planet Watch.
🎈 It’s an interactive play session (think Keepy Uppy & Magic Asparagus)—not a quick line-and-pose!
❄️ It’s fully indoors and air-conditioned!
🦘 Bonus: You can spot real kangaroos and wallabies nearby at Jumping Junction.
