Man! Today's workout was not for the weak. 💯

I almost threw up my breakfast. (Sorry, I won't sugar coat the real)
I was thirsty af!
I felt a little dizzy 😵

So, I stopped , then Liquefied some calcium and magnesium vitamins in water & got back in the game.
Listen to your body and your intuition.

Decided to go back to "half caf" until I am able to kick the habit for a while. (A break, because I will not promise to stop drinking coffee.. but I do need a break) ☕️
