When Christmas on the Square winds down, the holiday fun is far from over! As night falls, get ready for Downtown Weatherford to light up for the annual Weatherford Lights the Night Parade on Saturday, December 5 at 6:30 PM!

Glowing floats, twinkling lights, music, and Christmas cheer will fill the streets as this beloved nighttime tradition lights up Weatherford and the faces of spectators along the parade route. ✨

The City found a cloud! ☁️

Everyone remain calm. Act natural. We don’t want to scare it away.

We’re joining our friends at the City of Weatherford and hoping it sticks around, brings a few more clouds with it, and gives our area some much-needed rain. We’re especially hopeful for some relief for the first responders working the wild fires. 🌧️
Pray for some good rain for all!

Not to get ahead of ourselves, but we have located a cloud.

Please act normal, we don’t want to scare it away.

But seriously, we’re thankful for any rain that comes our way, and especially hopeful it brings some relief to those first responders working the Ross Fire.

📍 Where Are We Wednesday!
This week, we're getting a behind-the-scenes look at The Promise - Texas as the cast and crew put the finishing touches on another incredible season before opening night!

For 38 years, The Promise has been bringing the life of Jesus Christ to the stage through inspiring performances, stunning sets, beautiful music, live animals, and unforgettable special effects. It's an experience that has touched audiences across Texas and around the world, becoming one of the nation's premier live Christian theatrical productions.

Watching the final preparations come together is a reminder of just how much heart, talent, dedication, and faith go into every performance. From the actors on stage to the countless volunteers and crew members working behind the scenes, so many people come together to create an experience that has become a tradition for families across our region.

The 2026 fall season runs September 11 through October 3, with Friday evening performances, Saturday matinees, and select Saturday evening shows. If you've never experienced The Promise, this may be the perfect year to make it part of your family's fall traditions.
