Unfortunately, we’re down for the season. 😔

The Coastal has served us incredibly well over the last 6 seasons, and we can’t thank her enough for all the memories, giant fish, full coolers, and great customers she’s put on the deck. Age finally got to her unfortunately those wooden cores don’t last forever. 💔

A GIANT thank you goes out to Limit Takers Sportfishing and Knot Right Fishing Charter for helping us get some of our scheduled trips covered and making sure our customers can still get out on the water the rest of the way. We truly appreciate it! 🙏 please reach out to us or them to get on the water on either of their fantastic vessels!

Little update after this past week out of Barcelona harbor on Lake Erie:

The walleye action continues to produce insane fishing in short order. Amazing numbers and quality fish on just about every trip this week, these fish are packing on some shoulders finally!

Lake Trout have been around some trips and gone on others. Great fun fish to catch but unless you like to smoke em’ we don’t need/want to play with them right now, the water is so warm it’s a death sentence for these fish once they come out of the cold water. Once in a while we have ran across a steelie but not too many just yet this season.

We have 6 open dates left for August:
8/17, 8/18, 8/20, 8/24, 8/26, 8/27
Pm trips can be available upon request

September is our favorite month on the lake the walleye bite is as good as it gets and ALOT more big fish start showing up! September is fairly open so let’s get the fall fishing filled up!

Fishing out of Barcelona, NY continues to be absolutely fantastic! Every trip this week has ended with packed-full coolers of walleye, a few bonus trout, and plenty of happy clients. It doesn’t get much better than that! 🎣

We’re now down to 3 PM trips on select days until August, and the calendar is filling up fast. If you’ve been thinking about getting out on the water, now’s the time to experience this incredible fishery before the remaining dates are gone!

There’s no magic trick and no secret lure right now—Lake Erie is simply loaded with walleye. Day after day, it’s been flat-out catching. This is one of those special bites that anglers will be talking about for years, and we highly encourage everyone to experience this fishery while it’s this good. The sheer number of fish around is incredible!

These two could barely keep up with the bite today out of Barcelona! We expected it to be a little slower after three days of nasty wind and rain BUTTTTT we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of fish and bait still right where we left them before the big blow! Fish are just flat out everywhere you go we fished 70FOW other boats fish inside and outside of that and they produced very well too.

I’m not sure how it can get any better than it is right now but we all know it’s going to as we get more western basin fish in the system!

Don’t wait much longer we might be able to run 7 days a week but those few dates we have left are first come first serve, you don’t want to miss fishing Erie this year it’s just flat out mind blowing how good it is!
