We have covered a lot of reasons to use a travel agent but on the other side of that there are some reasons why using a travel agent may not be the best fit for you! Here are two great reasons why you may want to book on your own (although we would love to help everyone, sometimes it' just not the right fit):

1) You're someone who thoroughly enjoys planning your own trips and wants to have complete control. Some people genuinely like researching destinations, comparing options, and building their own itinerary; booking yourself lets you make changes, compare prices, and choose every detail without involving anyone else.
2) You're chasing the lowest advertised price. Some travelers prefer to monitor sales, use reward points, or book flash deals themselves. Keep in mind that the lowest initial price doesn't always represent the best overall value.
So although we would love to say always use a travel agent and would recommend for you to give us a call, maybe consider this next time you are starting your planning process.
