✨ One week ago, our final session came to a close — but the echoes of campfire songs still linger in our hearts. 💛🔥Hearing our campers loud and proud, singing “The Princess Pat” in unison, is nothing short of magic. In a place where speech and hearing are celebrated, supported, and empowered, moments like these remind us just how strong, joyful, and united our community truly is. We miss it already. 💬🎶 Until next summer, camp family.

🌲 That’s a wrap on Camp Meadowood Springs 2025! 🌲

This summer, nearly 100 campers joined us across 3 incredible week-long sessions—and what a wild, wonderful ride it’s been! 💚

Our staff dubbed it the “Year of the Ouch!”, and for good reason… rolled ankles, upset tummies, slivers, and even a mass bee stinging 🐝😅 tried to slow us down—but nothing could stop the magic on the mountain. ✨

We laughed, we learned, we limped a little… and we made unforgettable memories.

To every camper, counselor, volunteer, and supporter: thank you for bringing the heart, the healing, and the humor. Until next year, Camp Meadowood! 💫

Each night at campfire, we take a special moment to recognize the amazing things our campers are doing every day. From showing a positive attitude, to sticking with tough challenges, to being a great friend — these nightly awards are all about celebrating the heart of camp.

Whether a camper conquered the challenge course, helped a teammate, or simply kept smiling through the rain, we want to lift them up and show how proud we are. These awards help reinforce the values we hold close: resilience, kindness, courage, and community.

As always at Camp Meadowood Springs, we closed with “White Wings,” arms crossed and pinkies linked—a tradition that reminds us we’re all part of something bigger. 🕊️💚

🎉 We made it through the first week of camp — and what a week it's been! From epic games to new friendships, we’ve packed in the fun from sun-up to lights-out.

Yesterday, we wrapped things up with a special tradition: signing the tie-dye shirts we made earlier in the week! 💫✍️💙 Each shirt tells a story, each signature a memory — and we can’t wait to make even more in Week 2!
