The Urban Collective is looking for an energetic, dependable and welcoming Event Host to help us create memorable experiences in the heart of Downtown Wheeling!

Our Event Hosts serve as personal venue concierges, helping clients and guests from the moment they arrive until the final item is packed away. Responsibilities include:

✨ Welcoming guests and assisting with unloading
✨ Supporting event setup and breakdown
✨ Helping manage lighting, music and event flow
✨ Providing attentive guest service throughout events
✨ Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly when required
✨ Keeping the venue clean, stocked and guest-ready
✨ Monitoring events for safety and compliance with venue policies
✨ Helping clients pack up and properly storing venue property

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer-service skills who can remain professional, organized and helpful in a fast-paced environment.

Position details:

• Part-time, event-based position
• $15 per hour
• Opportunity to earn tips
• Flexible scheduling
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
