For those who say they never see the Cruise Director, I’m right here. 🤣. But seriously, most of my job is behind the scenes on Utopia. I lead a team of 250 and a very intense show and activity schedule that requires my undivided attention 24/7. I’m always available to my team, as are my direct reports, and I’m in the office/meetings 745am- 2pm daily, then a few laps here, and night shift starting at 4.30pm- 12.30am- combined with office and front of house. Sea days I mix both all day/night. I’m as visible as humanly possible - but there is a chance you won’t see me if you aren’t in the same place as me. Smaller ships it’s easier for visibility. BingBong out 🤣
