There’s something special about heading up to our farmhouse in the cool hills, tending to our cows, pigs and chickens, surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature. ❤️🌴 It’s a way of life we look forward to every day.

Carrying on the legacy of our ancestors for over 125 years — living off the land, serving family, community and country. 🇼🇸

🌿 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CHIEF TAI 🇼🇸

From taking visitors across Savai’i today with Tai’s Native Experience, to returning home this evening to feed our cows and make sure they have fresh water — the work never stops. 🐄❤️

It’s about responsibility, humility, hard work, and service.

It’s about living on the land, caring for what has been entrusted to you, providing for your family, serving your community, and contributing to the country we love.

For more than 125 years, across generations, Chief Tai’s ancestors have lived this way - working this very same land, caring for family, upholding our traditions, and passing down the values that define who we are as Samoans.

…and that legacy continues. Not just in words, but in the everyday actions that often go unseen. 🌱

Because we must not only just lead from the front, we must lead by example, with our hands in the soil and our hearts for our people.
