✈️ Ever come home from an incredible trip and… not quite feel at home?
There’s actually science behind it. It’s called re-entry shock or reverse culture shock.
While travelling, your brain adapts to constant novelty — new places, people, sounds, routines and experiences. You become immersed in a different way of living.
Then suddenly, you’re home. Everything is familiar… but you’ve changed.
The stimulation drops, your old routines return, and you may even feel flat, restless or strangely disconnected.
It doesn’t mean you don’t love home. It means your brain is re-adjusting to your old normal after experiencing a new one.
And perhaps that’s one of the most beautiful things about travel:
You don’t always come home with just memories. Sometimes, you come home a slightly different version of yourself. 🌍✨
That's why I am so passionate about getting you the trip that's meaningful to you!, reflecting your purpose, your passion and your pace!
