2024 The Pearl Chardonnay

Within morning light,
A pearl forms on bloom and breeze
Grace in every sip.

The Pearl is a Chardonnay of quiet elegance and layered charm. Hand-harvested at first light, only the delicate free-run juice was captured, then fermented in neutral Burgundian oak and aged for 11 months. Notes of pear drops, pineapple, and white blossom unfurl into a creamy mid-palate, with a subtle hint of shortbread biscuit. A fresh, mineral finish leaves a lasting impression…refined, radiant, and enduringly graceful.
